Hi, I did all the arrangements for my wedding. It was very stressfull. But I always wanted to do it. I wrote a list of guests and estimated the food I took a trip to my local wholesale, and stocked up on champane and food.
It was hectic but I found a waitress service in the yellow pages & they were fantastic.I did order some ready made sandwitches from a local bakery as there wasn't enough time.
I even bought my own cake readymade and pinned on ribbons, I hired a three tier stand and stuck three large white roses in. It looked fantastic. My guests didn't know I had done all this myself, shows how good it was.
